Through self-study and online testing, members can now earn a Certificate of Achievement from the most trusted name in flight attendant employment.

In development for over a year, the Certificate of Achievement Program includes a series of online self-study modules in the “Training Center.” After studying each module, members are tested on course material. Testing consists of multiple choice or fill-in-the-blank tests. After passing five consecutive tests on each module with a minimum passing grade of 90%, a Certificate of Achievement (bearing name and date of completion) will be available in PDF format for downloading.
